1 General Terms & Conditions

• Valid email address
• Correct date of birth

Registering with false information will result in account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be terminated.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. baud88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access, unless it is proven that the breach was caused by a security flaw on our platform.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on baud88 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the daily maximum is BDT 1,00,000. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Additional verification may extend this timeframe.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on baud88 come with specific conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules:

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion or illegal arrangements with other players
• Exploiting platform technical errors
• Chargeback attempts or payment fraud
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting cyberattacks against the platform
